By accessing or utilizing our website, interactive wealth calculators, financial health assessment tools, or mutual fund transaction platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. AMFI Registration & Non-Advisory Status
TheFundVerse operates strictly as an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (Registration ARN: ARN-XXXXXX). Mutual fund purchase and redemption requests placed via the platform are routed directly to official Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and BSE StAR MF / NSE NMF II settlement systems.
Non-Advisory Notice: Educational articles, calculator projections, and financial health scores provided on this website are intended solely for general informational and analytical purposes. They do not constitute SEBI-registered Investment Advice (RIA), individual portfolio recommendation, or formal financial planning unless explicitly engaged through a separate written advisory mandate.
2. Calculators, Projections & Market Risk Disclaimer
All interactive wealth tools (including SIP, Step-Up SIP, Lumpsum, SWP, Goal Planner, and Retirement Calculators) rely on mathematical compounding formulas and parameter values selected by the user (such as annual CAGR rates, investment tenure, and step-up percentages).
- Calculated return figures, total wealth canopy values, and year-by-year accumulation tables are hypothetical mathematical estimates for illustrative guidance only.
- Actual mutual fund returns are subject to market volatility, NAV fluctuations, economic cycles, and fund manager decisions. Past performance or assumed interest rates do not guarantee future returns.
- FundVerse Wealth LLP accepts no liability for financial decisions, capital gains tax implications, or market losses incurred based on calculator outputs.
3. Investor Eligibility & e-KYC Compliance
To execute transactions or initiate SIP mandates via the platform, you must:
- Be an Indian Resident Individual, Non-Resident Indian (NRI), or legally valid Indian entity authorized under applicable law.
- Hold a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) registered with a SEBI-recognized KRA.
- Provide true, complete, and accurate information during paperless e-KYC and bank account verification.
4. Platform Availability & Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 99.9% platform availability, FundVerse Wealth LLP shall not be liable for system downtime, AMC NAV calculation delays, bank payment gateway timeouts, or force majeure events outside our reasonable technical control.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
